If we have 5000 claimants at $2 million each for the death of their gullible loved ones who were victimized by Fox, that should wipe out the company completely.

Given that we will be seeing at least something towards 200,000 deaths, I'm sure 5000 of them can be traced back to Fox.

The real question is whether or not the negligence was not only willful, but criminal.

The CDC did did not do any order for these malaria pills.

The FDA has approved a compassionate use order to allow that drug to be used under supervission, and Bayer and another supplier donated those pills for attempts to look for a possibly use.

There is NO information that it does ANY good for COVID. The various couple of places, most of them are nutcases or ripoffs, and have no any good use for that purpose. These same crazy stories came out for SAR for this same drug for the same reason and it failed to work then, either.

However, those drugs have watched their sales go over thevroofvand prices raised from $15 (according to Fox News) to $175 on suppliers.

So Trump has gotten praise, Pence and Trump's lawyer made praise, Dr Oz and all Trumpies have gotten praise, those drug makers and all of the previous mentioned Republicans have made untold millions of dollars.

The only losers are the poor SOBs who need to be cared for and the poor people who actually NEED the Malaria and other meds who need it for a REAL reason, but all of the nutcases who bought this took away all of these truly needed these meds!

Trump was not discussing the Chinese in that quote and yes, the statement from some Chinese officials about the US involvement in the creation is a false and slanderous statement.

And it probably still would have been a very dumb idea for trump to say "it is their hoax" even if he was talking about that bullshit theory.
