    She needs to fire her attorney and all the hangers-on she supports. Then, with a new lawyer, she needs to go to court again and go to war with the decision and her father, the hanger-on-in-chief.

    I think everyone involved gets to hire their own attorneys (with her money) except for Brittany. She has a court appointed lawyer. We all know how well that works.

    Since the judge upheld her father as her legal guardian I am guessing he must of adequately protected her assets since assuming their management, which she could not do when she was running the show. How much did she have to pay her deadbeat ex husband ???

    This is ridiculous. She has to formally request to end her conservatorship, the judge told her that, and she still didn't do it.

    Why does everyone believe Britney?

    My feeling: She is a spoiled brat who never grew up and she is mad at her dad that he won't let her spend more money. Newsflash: If her dad hadn't looked out for her money, she'd probably be bankrupt by now. But, instead of thanks he is getting hate. No good deed goes unpunished.

    Before she reached 21, as I understand it, she had behavioral issues. Her father successfully maneuvered to get this situation imposed on her, and now that she is 30 years old, she can't get out of it.

    I understand there may be times that certain individuals might require such intervention, but it seems Britney is very able to live her life responsibly without court intervention.

    Let the girl go.

    Does she still maintain custody of her children without the court's interference? If the court doesn't deem her fit to manage her money, why are they allowing her to have free reign with her kids? Dad's worrying about her money instead of her kids? The whole thing is messed up.

    I have far more trouble for the other things they are controlling her over. Father forced her to have a IUD installed so she wouldnt get pregnant? Thats way over the line!
