I'm actually enrolled in that online learning course at Georgia Tech through Coursera. The problem was in people organising themselves into groups. Some didn't know how to do it. The course has something like 40,000 students so it's no surprise that some couldn't work it out. I think it's back up now, I'll have to go and have a look. As for quality, it's excellent. I don't need to earn a degree, I want to get practical knowledge about online learning to augment my current degrees and professional qualifications. It will help me in my professional practice.
