I have sold several mobile homes. All were in well located areas where the parks had at least 4 or 5 stars. 5 is the highest.

Why buy a mobile home? Far too many are cheaper for the mobile home loan than the park fees. Some park owners do not mind getting rid of the older mobile homes vis a vis raising fees to all of the owners. They must have discovered a correlation for the newer homes vs ability to pay. Cities often are at the city council meetings bombarded with pleas for rent control. Park owners reply they have much better renters and ergo cities profit by having more cash in the area to spend if the owners move out the older homes that keep attracting the poor people. So there you have it. Vote for Democrats if you enjoy poverty.

Mom and my birth father were born and raised in Oklahoma and lived their lives voting for Democrats.
