That’s the Democratic run inner cities for you. I don’t know the demographics of your cities but here in Phoenix if the rioting expands to outside the inner city then lead poisoning at 2600 fps will be the cause of death for many of the “peaceful protestors”. Phoenix Police arrested 8 on Thursday night. Here’s the mugshots of the 8 arrested. Doesn’t look like much of a loss to the metro Phoenix area with these winners off the streets. So far no more incidents in Phoenix. It’s sad when you’re so ignorant and want to protest and by all means have every right to protest, but you do something stupid and end up with a felony assault on a police officer and you’re screwed for the rest of your life.
~ Things here in Los Angeles have been quiet. Everyone is wearing their masks and "social distancing" like good little communists. People are "suffering in place" ( staying home ) . No riots. No firebombing. Can you believe it ... ? ´
Glad to hear it's under control in Phoenix. I know they wouldn't get far there before armed citizens would defend.
Are you talking about the black folks I have seen tonight running in front of the cameras doing "monkey paw"?
` How about...... Arrest them and make sure they get their day in court? Cops are not allowed to determine guilt or innocence nor pass sentencing..... When they do, it's called a Police State
The thug cop deliberately murdered George Floyd in cold blood by compressing his neck using his knee to put his body weight on his neck to restrict his blood and oxygen flow. He kept his hand in his pocket to show that he was not strangling Floyd with his hands. That made for a visual image that he was not using his hands to attack Floyd by chocking him. In the meantime the other two thug cops were compressing Floyd's torso with their body weight so that he was unable to breathe. The elite are trying to confuse the situation so that the killer thug cops can get away with murder. That involves the KKK DA, the medical examiner who did the autopsy, the police chief, the mayor, and the Governor. as well as others. Each one is doing his part to cover for the killer thug cops, just like Amy Klobuchar did when she was the county attorney and let the killer get away with police brutality against other people. edit typo
Oh it's a problem with the system. So which person is responsible for teaching them the system? The minority police chief or the hillary clinton socks wearing man-child mayor?
It's called reading the autopsy information that was made available. You should give it a shot. Can you read minds all the time or just when watching a video?
If that proves out, it makes the murder charge a longer shot, but they don't have to prove that for the manslaughter charge. https://www.nationalreview.com/2020/05/what-we-do-and-dont-know-now-about-george-floyds-death/
the video will be enough for the jury I feel, the defense will have a hard time defending this cops actions
First of all, I'd like to acknowledge that what you said in your previous post is something that I believe ... most officers are good people who keep communities safe and we owe them a debt of gratitude. If you work in law enforcement or have family members who do, thank you. When an officer crosses the line and other officers turn a blind eye, that detracts attention from those who police the right way but I will not stereotype officers. As for who is responsible, anyone who doesn't see what happened to George as wrong and anyone who would seek to exonerate after watching the video is part of the problem. I don't want anyone to lose their life in such a manner again and we both know that that similar events have occurred in red and blue areas. I also want to see jurisdictions practice community policing not broken windows policing.
Personally this wasn't a surprise to me, I very much suspected this was the case. What I wonder is what 'intoxicants' were in his system? Could this be a case of excited delirium after cocaine use? 3
Not at all; DA; "Why did you press your knee into this man's neck?" Accused cop 1; "I didn't, I rested it on it so he couldn't headbutt us, bite us or strike it on the ground" DA; "But that killed him!" AC1; "No, his underlying health problems and intoxication killed him. Lie on the ground, I'll rest my knee on your neck for 8 minutes and you'll see you'll be fine" 8 minutes later AC1; "You okay down there?" DA; "Yeah" AC1; "Can you breathe?" DA; "Yeah" Defence solicitor "Your honour I ask that the other 3 defendants have the case against them immediately dropped, unless they had x-ray vision they had no way of knowing if AC1 was pressing his knee down or just resting it" DA; "Your honour, they could see Mr Floyd was distressed" DS; "He was clearly already distressed before he was restrained in this manner" Judge; "Gentlemen you are released, please feel free to sue the Minneapolis police for millions for unfair dismissal" DS; "The question is did my client simply rest his knee on Mr Floyd's neck or press it down. The video footage is inconclusive but he says he didn't and the autopsy proves Mr Floyd did not die of strangulation. So I ask the state what evidence are they producing against my client?" Judge; "Well?" DA; "Hmmmmm?"
Because there is a long history of oppression of African-Americans in this country and these incidents bring the festering tension around that to the surface ...
