Well, Floyds family didn't like the M.E's findings, and are seeking an independent M.E. to do another autopsy.

The majority doing the rioting and looting are black. And they are doing it over false narratives.

You said “we black folks”, which implies that you think you speak for a group of people based solely on the color of their skin. I don’t have to spell out what that makes you do I?

    BS. You’re being obtuse.

Most people are rioting because their brothers and sisters are dying at the hands of the police, and people like you think that’s OK. I completely disagree with the looting, but the rioting has cause. Every time something egregious happens to a black person at the hands of the police, someone tries to stand up to it, or at a minimum address it, and people such as yourself say “its nothing”. It was “nothing” when they killed Eric Garner, and it was “nothing” when they almost killed Rodney King.

Colin Keapernick stood by his convictions and tried to shed light on racism in this country, and people such as yourself did exactly what your doing now, and tried to make their protest about something it wasn’t. Because that’s the only way to defend what happened, is to deflect and try tp change the cause.

This will keep happening until we as a country can actually just admit that racism still exists. And that police brutality is REAL. But you just go back to your house in suburbia, and judge all those people in the inner cities and tell them that their just not being patriotic.

I agree. Racism exists in America. What do you want me to do about it?

Oh bullstink. The occassional Black thug is dying just like the occassional Brown and White thug dies. Only Blacks consider that an excuse to burn down the nation . . . but then again all those brand new televisions won't loot themselves.

I never said this was political. Everyone on the right is trying to make it so because the mayor is a democrat. This is a societal issue and a cultural issue. It’s not political at inception, but is most definitely politicized after the fact. This is a problem with police departments all over the country. They are allowed to use excessive force, and do so with no consequence. When you watch that video, I dont give a rats ass about who in the video is a Democrat, or who is a republican. What i saw in that video, and in the Eric Garner video, and the Rodney King video, and the countless other videos is the police going overboard. But the real problem is that when they do that, they never seem to face consequence, or if they do they walk away. You may not be old enough to remember to LA riots, but that wasnt the beginning, that was just another case. When we have video evidence, and its so f’n obvious what happened, and those who perpetrated the crimes walk away, then we need to re-asses what we are doing. And you dont get to question those who protest. 90% of them are protesting what happened, and want answers and/or justice. There are some who loot, and they don’t deserve any empathy/sympathy, you and I can agree on that. But when these types of things just keep happening, and we dont do anything, then we as a society get what we deserve.

Someday you may get involved, but most likely not until it’s someone you know. But you dont get to judge those in the black community who have seen this happen to their brothers, sisters, family's, neighbors, Classmates, whomever, and never get justice. They actually have to tell their children if they get pulled over, to throw their hands up and tell the officers “i do not have a weapon”.

We will never learn, or grow, or change as long as we refuse to admit their is an issue

I watched the video. I watched one of the policeman say “he doesn’t have a pulse” while Derek Chauvin kept his knee on the mans neck for another 2 minutes

    But hey, you keep deflecting

So near 9 minutes of knee on neck had no effect? I doubt it

Don’t try to change the motive (I’m not saying you did personally)

If we cant address the motive and true root cause, we will never change or grow

BS. When the police overstep their authority with ANYONE, we need to stand up.

But we will never be able to because people such as yourself refuse to even see the problem, let alone acknowledge it even exists

You have to make it something it is not, because you refuse to debate what happened.

    Have a nice day

Keep your RW BS to yourself. You see most civilised nations do not believe that being a thug, let alone one of colour is anything to KILL someone for. You have the world's most militarised police force and a very high proporation of racists in uniform

Who said any of these thugs deserved to die? Try reading what was written instead of projecting your politics all over it. Oh and as for racism . . . has anyone proved that this particular police officer was a racist? What a fantasy world the political Left enjoys in that they think a man an officer of the law is going to deliberately murder a man because he doesn't like the color of his skin in a world filled with recording devices. This isn't the movies you know.

I am reading... George Floyd died from the combined effects of being restrained by police....

So what the cops did, was part of why he died. They added what was needed to kill him. It took them 8 minutes of adding to kill him, while he pleaded for his life. That makes it murder. Rather simple. Than again... it's hard for a racist thug with a badge to realize he's a racist thug with a badge. He's just being a white man of his time, thinking nothing of it when he's lynching a black man like that. And with him lots of other white people in the US see "no harm" in lynching a black man like that.

Race shouldn't matter at all. It is those who see it as important that are holding society back.
