The only votes that were 'discovered' were those that would cast by voters and mailed them in. Now, if they were counted last, that is because those states decided on a rule that meant those ballots would be counted last, so it doesn't change the facts, these are honest ballots cast by citizens.

Except that Dems didn't claim the 2016 election was stolen. What they claimed was that Russia was trying to influence the election to help Trump, which was confirmed by the authorities, and that Trump welcomed Russia's efforts (he said it himself). That's different than stealing an election.
