This is a disease where the optic nerve is damaged, and it will interfere with your comfort and vision if it goes untreated, but some say there is a point where it is too late for treatment.

The optic nerve is like a few hairs behind the iris and let light in. this will be where the hairs must have been put under too much stress and then they stop working properly, like a muscle that is overused may sprain, but this is permanent.

We need to repair the nerve! this can be done by letting in light that soothes the nerve, like ultraviolet light, or some other type of light that escapes me at the moment. maybe the best form of light is candle light, maybe it is a chemical formula, like photons harm the eyes nerves, so the opposite type of treatment, like bombarding the eye with neutrinos, not too much, not too often.

But the actual nerve is dying. this means we need to get some soothing liquid onto the nerve through the eye. this would be like mucous, or something similar, to coat the nerve and then it will be moisturised and so forth.

Glaucoma is primarily caused by too much fluid in the eye and can be managed for most people with prescription eye drops. The problem is that you have to catch it early to save the vision because that damaged nerve is not going to be repaired.

Any thing biological can be repaired. this is because, for example, the nerve, is there for 'feeling,' yes? if it is attached to the nervous system, then it can still be used, as, feeling from other nerves relays onto other nerves, yes?

Now, this nerve is 'unfeeling.' that means it needs to, as it is not rotting, nor is it deformed, can be reanimated through small electrical pulses that will do the same as 'cardiac jump starts,' where the part of the body need only get a signal from the nervous system to get interrupted by the world around it to feel and send, receive and react, of course.

So, the answer is 'some sort of acids.' these will always have an effect on biomass, as even on each other - foods for example? - the reactions are noticeable. this means, if we were to tease the nerve in the eye - the optic nerve - then we could return functions to it.
