Trump is leaving office with the lowest approval numbers since Carter.
Trump's GDP average is LOWER than Carter's was.
Trump leaves office with higher crime rates than when he took office.
Trump leaves office with higher unemployment than when he took office.
Trump lost the House and Senate and was rebuked by his own appointed Justices.

    THIS is Trump's legacy ...

People got numb to Demcrat leadership and Left State Media attacking Trump every single day. Republicans were already accustomed to fake lies and smears thrown at them way before Trump. Trump's personality just offered a bit more red meat to work with than the shy and withering RINOs.

    Trump has remained remarkably resilient.

Trump and Obama were "about the same" for approval ratings during their first terms, until Obama pulled ahead at the end after winning his second term.

I expect both Obama and Trump will "show better" at 45-50% average approvals than the incoming accidental president, DementiaMan.

Seems we've been there for a while, however. Burning down a 7-11 is the answer to claims of systemic racism?

Based on the new standards as estblished by the two impeachments, neither Biden nor Harris are fit for office.

When you weaponize political processes, it is only a matter of time until they point the cannon at you. Yes, I stole that last line from John Fogerty.

Claiming up is down with some visual aides does not change the fundamental nature of your distortion of the truth.

Violations of law, the abuse of authority, and incitement of insurrection are not new standards for impeachment.

Sure - but right now it's Trump supporters pointing cannons at the Republicans in office. It's bad when you fear the opposition - it's REALLY bad when you fear parts of your own base. MAGA threats against Pence and conservative Supreme Court Justices - it's
    really crazy.

Harris did not organize a rally of thugs, did not ignore warnings there would be violence, did not motivate the mob of thugs she gathered by telling them lies, did not suggest to the mob that weakness wasn't going to change the result of the election.
Endless false comparisons and whataboutisms misrepresenting the facts will never excuse what Trump did or your continued support for a would be tyrant.

Twilight Zone worthy. None of that is true, and people aren't stupid.

Oh there's definitely enough rage in MAGA-ville to start a third party. I suspect Mitch, Lindsay, Mitt, et al will be updating their CVs shortly. Not that any of them need to ever work a day for the rest of their lives, of course...

I wouldn't be surprised to see a bunch of Republicans retire from Congress this year. It just may not be worth the risk from
    some of the MAGA faithful.

Quite a scenario. Elements at least provoke positive thoughts.

It is nothing new. Both parties need people attacking each other.

No politician should be 'comfortable'. All should be concerned how the citizens view them, and the power they do hold. Too many have allowed the DC weasels to tell the citizens what they will be given, when it is the citizens who should be telling the weasels what they will be allowed.

What a shame so many, have lost sight that we do not grant special privileges to those who are supposed to be representing the people, regardless of political lean.

So yes, they should be concerned.

They were not witness to Trump's speech that they claim is what incited the riot. They, like you, are ignoring that Trump said to "cheer on", to "peacefully" and "patriotically make your voices heard". No one can honestly say that those words included in that speech means that Trump was trying to incite a riot. Any judge would not convict knowing that those words were said. Additionally a short time later after the riots started Trump tweeted against the violence.

You can see it in Pelosi as well. She has to keep up with the Squad.

An arsonist who calls the fire department still gets charged.

A couple weasel words don't count. The case isn't being put together based on a quote or two.

‘Maybe’ he did... there are suspicions, no-one believes biden could get more than 60mm votes..

and any talk of election fraud is quickly demonized as violence now. Funny, all the talk of trump being illegitimate, even from the party’s leader back in 2016. Some democrats even objected to electors... the comedy just gets better and better

Except those words, the "peaceful" part only counted for 1% of the speech - the rest was devoted to calling for the certification
of the vote to be stopped, that Pence was being derelict in his duties (even though he had no power to change the vote) and
lying about the vote being stolen - this following 6 weeks of tweets calling ways to stop the Constitutional requirement of Congress
    to certify the vote.

So when you say Trump called for "peaceful" decorum, it was only out of one side of his mouth to cover his ass - the rest
of the time, he has been calling for a "wild" time and stopping the legal will of the States in certifying the Electoral vote.

Apples and airplane comparisons dude. Those "weasel words" as you call them is evidence. Pretty strong evidence that goes against your narrative. Why do you think leftist media hasn't been using that part of Trumps speech?

The words are meaningless in the context of the rest of the speech, intent and responsibility. The process will play out. The weasel word defense won't go anywhere.

Trump supporters thought that Covid would "magically" disappear as well - so forgive me for saying your feelings on what "should be"
don't mean crap in the real world.

The anti-Trump vote was much stronger than the anti-McCain Vote or anti-Romney vote. It's not surprising Biden
would greatly benefit from that. Talk of election fraud is demonized because multiple recounts and over 60 court cases
have failed to show any significant fraud. End of story except for those who are lost down the conspiracy theory rabbit hole.
