Now for a little reality, only Trump has called for his political opponents to be "locked up," the free press the "enemy of the people," deploys dread and anxiety as a political tactic, suggested that “Second Amendment people” could take matters into their own hands, often uses negative false attacks and stories, and strokes fears of crime when crime is actually near a record low in America.

Name one other President who ever encouraged the roughing-up of protesters at his campaign rallies, and, even offered to pay for his legal bills if someone acted. Who joked about the body slamming of a reporter asking questions, who just last month demonized Democrats as people "willing to do anything, to hurt anyone, they want to resist, they want to demolish, they want to destroy.”

The vocabulary employs to describe and respond to his critics is right off the middle school playground, the same jargon most parents take time to teach their children to avoid: "dumb, dumbest, stupid, losers, liars, moron, failing, hate, clown, cheats, buffoon, etc., etc., etc."

But now Trump is the victim, none of his unprecedented rhetoric has had any effect on those who believe him, and the media is the real "enemy" again, how gullible can conservatives be?

Left wing media can blame Trump's tone all they want. But the truth that left wing media was completely silent while left wing voters, journalists, celebrities and politicians were doing everything from rioting, to committing assaults, to shooting at Congressmen, to calling for President Trump's execution, to writing coup fan-fiction, to chasing government employees from restaurants, to chasing conservative speaks off college campuses, to encouraging harassment, to screaming Nazi Hitler on a daily basis, to sending destructive packages of their own, to a dozen other divisive and dangerous things. If they want to play the victim then fine. But they aren't innocent and they aren't opposed to any of this type of dangerous behavior so long as the target is President Trump, his family, Republicans, people who vote Republican, or people who simply work in a Republican administration.

I may be wrong but I'm predicting that this has been perpetrated by a Democrat based at the timing, the fact that none of these "pipe bombs" went off, the fact that these "pipe bombs" are not functional, the fact that the "pipe bombs" had clocks attached, and the fact that they were mailed in envelops instead of boxes with trip wires. The purpose is to create an anti-Trump feeling by blaming the President's rhetoric and Republicans for this faux attack.

My cousin attended the Trump rally in Mosinee WI yesterday. He saw ~ half a dozen protesters. The Wausau paper’s headline today ‘people protest Trump Rally”. An enemy of the people lies repeatedly to the people. QED.

 

Yes, Trump has said some dumb things, but a pissing match on which side has been worse would be pointless (Its the Dems anyway). To be fair to him though, the press deserves as much bad rap as he can shovel on em.
