It comes from BBS and refers to the UK but, as usually happens, it's just a scientific study until the politicians get it! Nothing new if they did pass these kinds of laws. Towns, communities, ect in the U.S. already do this with zoning restrictions/moratoriums. nothing worse on property value then a BK and McD, not to mention they are an eye-sore.
