    …Florida Governor Ron DeSantis welcomed Rumble’s investment in Sarasota County and his state in a message embracing the company. Rumble’s founder is Canadian, and the move situates the business in the United States.

    “We are thrilled to welcome Rumble to Florida, and we support its mission to promote free expression and stand up to Big Tech censorship,” said DeSantis. “Over the past year, we have seen businesses flock to Florida from across the country because, as long as I am Governor, our state will be free and built for opportunity. We wish Rumble all the best in their endeavors in Florida, and we look forward to watching their success.”

    Rumble is one of a handful of companies to achieve a growing level of success in developing and marketing an alternative to Silicon Valley’s censorious Big Tech platforms.     his is great news. Florida lures yet another business with its low tax and friendly regulatory environment. They are mandate free and don’t lock down. Rumble is a perfect fit for Florida. It’s a rival to you tube that can’t be taken down by big tech like what happened to the first Parler.

    The emergence of alternative social media to big tech comes none too soon. It’s great that after the Parler issue earlier this year that places like Gab, MeWe, Parler, Rumble, and others are now immune from coordinated attacks from big tech social media censorship.
