That may be, but, when you aren't in grave danger, you can't respond with felony force. Every CCW permit holder knows this but these cops don't think it applies to them? Two Buffalo Police officers who injured a 75-year-old protester on Thursday, Aron Torgalski and Robert McCabe, were arraigned Saturday morning on charges of felony assault: The Buffalo News.

The protester, Martin Gugino, was seen on video approaching the officers who were in process of clearing Niagra Square as part of an 8 p.m. citywide curfiew, was shoved to the ground and could be seen bleeding from the head.

Who said anything about looters? Panicking, seeing possible evidence in victim's hand and automatically thinking about taking away evidence! "tripped and fell". Too bad for that officer that everything was captured by a TV crew

Did you see any cop kneel down and ask the 75 year old man if he remembered his name? When a person has a concussion they must stay awake. Did you see any cop kneeling down over the 75 year old man and keep him awake if he wasn't already unconscious? Did you see any empathy from any of the cops while the man laid on the ground with blood flowing onto the pavement? Some called the push violent. I see you claim the man was gently pushed. The cops came off as unprofessional and poorly trained.

 

Cops are trained in first aid since they usually are the first responders. Did you see any cop kneel down and ask the man if he was okay? If a concussion is suspected, and in this case it should have been do to the fall he took which caused his head to bleed, a person who is still conscious needs to be kept awake. Did you see any cops kneel down to check to see the man was awake?

 

OR what? crack skulls? It is almost like you right wingers dont understand CIVIL disobedience.

I've held off on this one for a few days...

I've seen the video... Certainly cause for removal from their jobs, but I'm not seeing that as bad enough to warrant charges myself...

There have been worse examples of police behavior this week...

 

The guy is a cop hating provocateur who drove from Amherst to Buffalo just to start trouble. Even Buffalo's mayor called him out.

The second pic comes from this butthead's own Twitter feed where he's being called out for faking his injury. We all say the guy fall, so why is the blood coming from a place that was not injured?

And he stood in the way of the cops, used his phone to try to sync up with the cop's communication equipment and/or Bluetooth body cams and the cops were not having any of it. When he got too close he got pushed, big wow. He staged this whole event.

Like I said, even Buffalo's mayor called out this guy.
