Waiting for what? To issue the report? Has it not occurred to you, future teacher, that policework can take a while to do correctly? Especially with such convoluted matters as these?

He was only told to investigate the possible Russian connection with people in Trumps campaign.

The directive then states that he can also investigate anything he thinks is important.

That basically means anything he wants.

Rosenstein for giving Mueller unprecedented power and Mueller for abusing it.

Isn't that exactly what happened with Ken Starr & the investigation on Bill Clinton?

Do you still have positive feelings toward Trump?

The entire letter is his directive. Do you want him to only do part of what he was told to do, because doing his complete job is uncomfortable for Trump?

He has 13 top lawyers on his team and right now they are focusing on things not related to the official directive, they are running around playing keystone cops.

They are wasting time with all this irrelevant stuff.

Muller is doing exactly what he was told to do. How is that abusing his power? Just because information found gives you sad?

Then you should be happy to see a thorough investigation that will completely vindicate Trump if he has done nothing wrong.

And you're perfectly OK with Trump, who has demonstrated all sorts of diabolical traits as President? What part of America do you actually like or support? Which, if any, historical ideals America has stood for over the years do you agree with?

My point is that he should have been vindicated or found guilty and removed from office already.

Mueller is simply sitting on that information to keep this investigation going.

If Trump did all kinds of illegal stuff with lots of money over time, how can that be regarded as "irrelevant"? A crook is a crook, even if he's been elected President. Do you believe our Presidents should be above the law?

Well according to you guys I'm a Russian deplorable troll, Nazi, KKK member and a Trump cultist so I probably don't like anything about America.

I have to ask my Russian contact how to respond to that.

You're entitled. But I'm mystified by what could possibly be attractive about Trump as an individual or a President. I'm having a hard time seeing it. Can you assist?

I guess that's why you have no idea what you are talking about, and don't understand the precedent that was set by republicans so long ago.

Trumps been under IRS audit for years I believe, Mueller probably knew if Trump was connected to anything within the first couple of weeks. It wouldn't be complicated for him to track that information down, its sitting right there on the desk of some IRS agent.

And he's not told to directly focus on Trump but his whole campaign team, which is fine, there is another 6 or 7 months of detailed looking.

Digging through Trumps entire life under the guise of looking for a connection to Russia is just ridiculous.

First find out how long that Whitewater investigation lasted, and then come back in a few years. You might have a valid claim at that point.

    Certainly.

What I admire about Trump is his ideal of putting America first. Unlike our past presidents (most of them) Trump doesn't back down. He took on illegal immigration while past presidents have talked about it they never really even tried to do much about it. Trump went toe to toe with North Korea in a war of words and ended up getting a meeting with them and their rhetoric stopped. He took on our massive trade problems and stared China down. He's taken on Russia even though the left will refuse to address his successes there.

They are only focused on optics.

Trump makes people feel proud to be American as opposed to Obama who went on a world apology tour to say he's sorry we are Americans.

Trump has also moved on every single campaign pledge as he promised he would do and although most were not successful its refreshing to see a president out there trying to do what he said he would.

This is why I will vote for him again.

There was a lot more dirt on the Clintons that Starr had to wade through because they kept expanding the inquiry obligations of Starr.

He was actually finished with the initial report fairly quickly.

You should write a letter to Mueller. I'm sure he will listen to you. After all, you are an anonymous poster on a silly discussion board who has no idea what his investigations have found, or what further information he might need. If that doesn't work, try a letter to the editor.
