It is going to be a perfectly natural and organic reaction, that people should wish to prepare both physically and mentally, to fight their enemy. The alternative is to go soft, soft of body and mind, and not even be aware of what is going on around you, in reality. What will you be if not a lamb to the slaughter, in the end? I understand what you're saying and there would not be anything wrong with training the children. I personally believe some discipline would do this generation the world of good, however I feel that is not the intention of the hamas school. In fact I would go so far as to say the principal lessons learnt would not involve discipline and the respect of life but rather the promotion of violent jihad and martyrdom 101. Would be very interesting to see the syllabus.

When the military hides behind civilians then unfortunately there may be civilian death, however just posting pictures of dead children wont cut it. Those children could have died in any conflict under any circumstance. Can you say without any doubl that these children were killed by Israel? Have you ever thought about the restraint shown by the Israelis when dealing with war in a populated area? The IDF has sophisticated weapons and surveillance equipment to strike the enemy with pin point accuracy. Sure civilians death occur but not on purpose

I tend to have an issue with the violent jihadism as well. This is a bit of a different issue.

I also have an issue with the blood feud in general and how it is portrayed to our young cadets. One sided Black vs White, Good vs Evil, God vs Devil, propaganda is not helping.

There is little difference between killing innocents with drones, or doing it with a suicide bomber, or a 500 lb bomb dropped from a plane into a crowded apartment complex in terms of moral high ground.

Such things need to be condemned and not glorified.
