    Yeah - with no fair and free media there is no such thing as a functional democratic process. The internet has helped out a bit - but that too is becoming censored. The interests that controlled the media were not to happy about the Internet infringing on their turf - and exposing some of the BS. Kind of an interesting dance going on right now.

    What Trump is doing makes perfect sense once you understand that, like most White Nationalists, he thinks that the end goal for America right now is to lose about 5/6 of its population. He's using this disease to gauge our tolerance for a really big plague he has in the works. His acolytes are protesting because we're not letting this burn itself out, which skews the results.

    Hence the fact that most elected officials are unfit for office. I would also offer up that most voters are unfit to vote.

    BECOMING? He has already destroyed the nation. It will take time for that to be fully realized but he has diminished the office of the president irreparably. And he has divided the country permanently. He got elected by convincing half the country that the other half is the enemy.

    Ironically, now, he is right.

    I never saw things that way until now. I was a Republican half of my adult life and Independent the other half. I might vote for Dems or Reps. But not anymore.

    It isn't even about Dem or Rep or conservative or liberal now. It is about for trump or anti trump.

    That is how much politics have changed since trump came along: Do you support a criminal thug as president, or not. Are you willing to sell out the country for flag waving and faux patriotism, or not. Are you willing to cheer for a man who coddles cold-blooded dictators, or not. Do you support blatant evil, or not.
