I'm fairly certain that I have a mild but legit case of OCD, so I've always been pretty good about keeping the house clean. With what's happening now I've bumped it up several notches. Any surface that's frequently touched is being disinfected several times a day, including exterior door handles. Shoes aren't simply removed before coming inside, they're also sprayed down and put away. Hands are thoroughly washed, followed by a disinfectant wipe or sanitizer. Floors are mopped with disinfectant daily. I typically leave the windows of my vehicle cracked for ventilation, but not now. Anything touched in the vehicle gets sanitized before and after.

I feel a bit crazy but also feel the craziness is warranted. I feel like being introverted and OCD is paying off pretty well at the moment.

I disinfect anything I bring into the house, including me, or leave it outside long enough to be safe - usually a few days.

    I'm not stupid.
