I live in a sponsor unit at Park Knoll Owners in West Harrison, NY (an apartment complex comprised of fifteen buildings and approximately 400 people). With the exception of my downstairs neighbor I am the only one who is impacted by the behavior demonstrated in the three videos. These people are having 5-7 hour parties under my window every few days. Burning charcoal for hours and shouting all night long. Breaking decency law.
