    Odd that obamacare and exchange insursnce sdossnt coved what HHS considers elective procedures such plastic surgery correcting certain deformities that would better a patients life but has no problem paying or allowing elective abortions beyond a fetal heartbeat. And elective abortion is jut that elective. Replacing your tooth pulled due to abcess is considered elective. Deciding to have a mastectomy due to continued cysts in order to avoid potential cancer is considered elective. The only one of these supported by HHS is the abortion, why?
