Its now pretty clear that HFCS is playing a major role in the increased obesity of Americans over the last 30 years.

HFCS is in almost everything, especially drinks.

And these drinks have HUGE amounts of it. Often 38 grams per serving, which equals 11 spoonfulls of table sugar.

And it turns out, that fructose does NOT stimulate the body to create insulin and leptin, both of which reduce our appetite.

Fructose also doesn't reduce ghrelin, which is created by an empty stomach to make us hungry.

This, plus our lack of exercise and eating too many calories, is why we iz fat.

Add Gluten (wheat) to HFCS if you really want to get sick.
    Both are bad ok.

While a few individuals might have a wheat allergy, the current fad for self diagnosed gluten problems is just fashionable.

    its insane and ridiculous.

folks are now psychosematically making themselves feel "ill" from pasta, bread, etc.

that's cause they eat too much!!!!!!!!!!1

of course if you eat 2 pounds of pasta you're gonna feel bloated and full!!

same if you drink 5 beers...or eat half a loaf of bread.

It's not the same wheat. The wheat now has enormous gluten levels. ReadWheat Belly.
