So nothing from companies that actually find and tap oil and gas wells.

    Thanks for making my point.
So why wasn't gasoline this high in 2018. Did these companies just discover money in 2020?
Didn't say squat about OPEC so I'll cut that strawman off right there. This is about domestic oil only.
I've actually worked in this industry I know way more about it than you could ever dream of.
clipart and tweets aren't an argument.

He doesn’t mean gas prices at the pump. Jesus Christ. The only President in US history that gets tickled at Americans paying $6 a gallon is Biden.

There's no viable alternative to oil. If a country restricts their production with policies, and/or relies on other countries, plus wars elsewhere impacting on supplies, then prices will skyrocket. As for the US, Biden has totally miscalculated the situation.

Yes, Quantitative easing to stimulate an economy, the downside is it can devalue your currency. Then with high inflation, you increase the base rate to reduce demand.

Trump wanted prices higher, now we got it, thanks Trump, he was right, this is GREAT for the oil and gas industry, course it SUCKS for consumers

Trump lowered supply during Covid, now that demand is picking up, supply is not there

there is no shortage of Oil in the USA, big oil is selling oil to us at a higher cost as there is a shortage overseas, and they know they can screw us until that supply is increased

yep, and a lot of it happened under Trump, no wonder we have inflation

Trump was on the verge of a recession in 2019... BEFORE COVID

the fed doesn't do this during a great economy... that the economy was great pre-covid is one of the biggest lies the Republicans ever told.

Trump and those on the Right will want higher prices because it puts Biden in a bad light. Just like COVID scuppered Trump, all this mess now is scuppering Biden. With the mid terms coming up, this could spank the Left big time, whether you or I feel it's justified or not. So it's probably just, "Pay back time".

Nope, coming out of lockdowns caused inflation. Supply was killed with the lockdowns, and coming out of them put demand through the ceiling.

I said all along, the majority will suffer to save the tiny tiny minority from Covid. Lockdowns should have never happened but I believe it was the Left that cried Trump didn't react quick enough to lockdown to save the tiny tiny few. You can't have your cake and eat it.

yep, Trump lost the midterms, Obama lost the midterms, and on it goes.... the sitting Presidents party often loses the midterms

only be news if the dems won the midterms and do not see that happening unless Trump gets involved and motivates dems to get out and vote

It’ll be interesting to see who you are pointing a finger at 10-15 years from now. You know what the funny thing is? If Democrats had full rule for the next 100 years, people like you would STILL be pointing at Republicans when the entire system was collapsing around our ears. That’s how unreasonable and unrealistic your side is. I’m sorry, you aren’t worth my effort.

Guess that shows who Biden and his useful idiots are working for. Some secretive liberal world order. I'd prefer MY President to work for America's best interests not Soros and WEF rich, power-hungry moguls.

That was a good sign in May of 2020 when it had gone up to 2 ish dollars a gallon it suggested the economy was kicking back on after idiots destroyed it to save zero lives.

Do you think OPEC supply impacts the cost at the pump?

I don’t understand how you are trying to make this into such a simplistic local example when the supply chain for fuel is worldwide. It’s astonishing.

You ignore charts, you ignore direct quotes, you ignore study and just reassert your opinion as fact with nothing to back it up.
