She says exactly what I've been saying. The UN must secure Syria's WMD's. Russia must be held to account for prevention of it. The US Congress should vote to authorize military action, in support of Obama, so that the the intl community, and Assad, knows that Obama has the full support of the US people in his political negotiations with Assad and Russia.
I'd rather have the Russians, and other UN forces to take the lead. It would lend more credibility to the UN mission, and I trust the Russians have as much interest in this (in regard to long term WMD security strategy) as the rest of the world, and I trust in Russian capability to do the job. After all, they kept their WMD's secure during a transition in govt.
That is unacceptable, the US must take the lead and the Russians must be under UN/US command during any such dismantling.
What does Montoya's phrase (below) mean? Why should an aggressive liar nation like the USA take the lead in anything?

I think this Hillary speach was just lip service. Is Assad going to give up all his chemical weapons...no. Does Obama or Russia care if he does....no. Will we avoid WW111....maybe. - - - Updated - - - We should not vote for military action...why....because the American people are against it.
