    Find it hard to disagree with any of that other than the Royals have been on a downward trend for a long time. For me it started with Charles and Diana, and now it is continuing with Harry and Meghan, Prince Andrew and on top of that you have various Republican movements like the Labour party leader and Momentum (Labour Party Brownshirts). I believe that when the Queen goes, it will be curtains for our Monarchy.

    I personally want the throne to be abdicated by Charles and pass straight to William but Charles is too much of a self absorbed bellboy to do that.

    The only hope for the monarchy in Britain is William and Kate. They have all the perquisites to reign, but it will be quite a challenge - considering the antics of Prince Harry and Meghan. If those two would accept a responsible position in another country then it would be fine, but she's much too self centered to take advice from anyone - and probably could care less.
