I wish that right this minute, we could tap into the conversations by the secret service paid to defend her.

From all I have long read about Hillary, the Secret Service is absolutely miserable being her curs that she thinks they are.

Fuel economy of that airplane is about 503 gallons per hour. Of course the airplane taking her there also carries her even further.

The cost of the trip has to factor in the cost of the aircraft along with the million dollars per year in maintenance costs, even though new.

And the crew and other costs.

I doubt Hillary is using her funds for the flight. Somebody paid for her to burn a lot more fuel per person than on a ferry.

But Democrats only want others to pay the price for their AGW fakery.

Um you realize everyone else takes the fast ferry or charters a boat don't you and um you think there is a bridge she could have used?:roflol:

A plane would have been better than a jet, I'll give you that much. A little Cessna could fly for many hours on the fuel it takes her private jet to takeoff

Other rich people charter little boats or small planes even. A twenty mile jet ride is ridiculous and it amazes me you warmers excuse it. This tells me that you, like her, are not real believers and AGW is all political theater

Nice try but you can t compare actual cruising at altitude to takeoff fuel consumption and all Hillary did was takeoff and descend.

"Take-off and climb do burn the the most fuel for a given time or distance in aircraft. In terms of time, it is somewhat more fuel, typically about 30-40% more"

"In terms of distance, the numbers are far worse. During climb, not only are you making more power and using more fuel, you're also going much slower"
First thought might be that the low-power descent back down makes up for the fuel spent in climb. Unfortunately, while it helps, it's actually only a small part of the puzzle. At climb, the engine is not at its most efficient, nor is it particularly efficient at low power. It's designed for cruise, so that is where it's most efficient. Climb and descent do not cancel each other out because of this. This is true of the airframe as well. Climb is not made at efficient angles of attack on the wing. And descent is usually made with drag inducing parts thrown out into the wind like flaps and gear"

Having said that your attempt at justifying Hillary's little jet ride is absurd on its face because the ferry was going anyway with or without her and her fat ass along with her entourage would add negligibly to fuel used. Another nice try and another fail.

Yet another massive fail is that what you are attempting to say here is that if everyone who takes the ferry used a private jet instead less fuel would be used. You really want to go there? :roflol:
