What's interesting here is while we're talking about her callous slandering of the rape victim in an attempt to get the rapist off, the bigger issue should be her handling of the evidence, and how she exploited the incompetence of the forensic lab.

 

Was the lesser charge "child rape". If there was suficient eveidence to convict him of any crime, justice was served...

All justice. The right of the accuser to have their day in court and the right of the accused to defend the accusations. That is the American Legal system. Whether those that understand consitutionally protected rights understand it or not.

 

The lesser charge was based on the smear job and a 12 year old not wanting to fight anymore. I'm sure at 12 years old after you got out from a coma after being raped you would have fought it out right?... How brave of you ~

 

Actually, my request is the bare minimum. When you label the defendant in this case of forty-years ago "a child rapist" I ask you to prove it.

That same responsibility pertained when the trial was held, and those then making that allegation failed to sustain it.

So, what new evidence do you have to present?

 

And no matter how it may "appear" to you, how does her unsubstantiated recollection many years later prove what you allege? Her more proximate estimation was, "I'm sure Hillary was just doing her job."

From which it follows that he was guilty of a lesser charge and, given the possibility of a more serious charge being sustained, his defense attorney did her job well.

Playing semantic games is not helping your case. We have the victims own words.. We have court documents and we have a taped interview. You have deflections and semantics.

 

That's why I defend the right of a defendant to competent defense, and recognize he was found guilty of what he was found guilty. There is no escaping the documented reality.
