Do you think the fact that Los Angles County is in the middle of the highest illegal alien population in the United States somehow contributes to this decline?

In ship construction there is a practice called compartmentation.

Its the process of positioning watertight doors between sections of the ship so that, in the event of a disaster, they can be sealed off in order to save the ship.

California is a disaster and we need to seal it off to save America.

People crap on streets around the country because the cities are too cheap and snobby to build series of public toilets.

Public bathrooms in large cities are taken over by the violent homeless population and become unsafe for law abiding citizens. This has happened time and time again. But since you seem to think the homeless deserve public bathrooms why don't you open your house and put signs out inviting them in?

Until some whacked out schizophrenic is discovered in the jailed population

    In the good ole days
the city would give them a one way bus ticket to Barstow since Bakersfield filled up.

Homelessness is no excuse to reside in a place one could never, ever afford.
    Return to vagrancy laws ! & !

Sure house them. Just not in Santa Monica, Newport Beach, San Francisco although they deserve them

I just spent a couple of days in LA recently. The smell of urine was all over downtown sidewalks, absolutely disgusting.

There’s no reason for there to be a hepatitis outbreak, regardless of WHO is in power. Failing to adjust to higher taxes is your problem, not the governments.

Another Big Blue City (BBC) falling apart. Maybe they should focus on their own problems and stay out of everybody else's business.

As for Hepatitis A; there's a vaccine for that. I've taken the series of shots for both Hep A and Hep B. Given all the nasty Liberals running around, I advise those who haven't had the vaccines to do so.

    https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/prevention-15/vaccines/need-hepatitis-vaccines
Hepatitis A and hepatitis B are two types of hepatitis. (The others are types C, D, and E.) You get them from a viral infection.

Each of those viruses is different. But the diseases they cause are similar. Hepatitis brings liver inflammation, and it can be serious or even life-threatening.

There are safe and effective vaccines that can prevent hepatitis A and B (but not for types C, D, or E). There is also a combination vaccine that guards against hep A and B.

they aren't homeless because of high taxes homeless are homeless for many different reasons from mental illness to being addicts
but that isn't the point I was making with such high taxes they should be able to afford to keep the city clean so not to breed diseases and take care of the homeless problem

Remember when California was the 'Golden State' where everyone wanted to move......filled with the best and brightest working at great companies living in wonderful, safe, suburban neighborhoods. And then it became the Mecca for liberals and the Mexican invasion of unskilled, ignorant, poor Hispanics coming for the handouts.......now it is turning into a third world hell hole......similar to the places the invaders left........who could have ever seen this happening?

Until you find yourself in the homeless situation, you have no clue just how awful it is. You are not mental, nor disabled, nor a drug abuser, nor a drunk. You just find yourself in the horrible situation of becoming homeless. It's not easy. Hygiene is difficult to keep up, and you feel like you are invisible..until you need to use a restroom. Getting help is a joke. Medical care is embarrassing because there are no facilities to clean yourself IF you can get in to see a doctor. Dental care is what you do yourself if you can find a hose somewhere or use a public restroom and not be thrown out because you are brushing your teeth or trying to wash your hair. Sleeping safely is impossible because cities make benches too small or worse, put bumps or lumps that don't hurt your butt but it will sure make your back ache if you are not arrested. Going to food pantries is a joke as well....you get handed raw chicken but are expected to find some way to cook it or you are given rotten fruit or stale bread. You may have money, like your SS check, but to people not in your position...you are nothing but a worm to be avoided.

No. It is not pleasant. But if cities would put up those temp porta pots like at construction sites and have them emptied once a month from taxes collected, this particular problem of needing to go to the bathroom would solve a lot. Alas, cities do not want such things viewable. It might offend someone who has a bathroom and a roof.

Do you have any idea how disgusting public toilets would be?

The homeless would end up crapping on the street anyway.

It would just be a place for the homeless to sleep, do drugs and have sex with each other

Why does this woman have no family to live with?

Take heed liberals, if you spend your life childless, and you don't have a career, this is your future
