I've lived on the rez and every native American I know prefer living in the white man's world with toilet paper and being able to eat beef, pork and chickens that didn't exist before the Europeans arrived in America.

The 14th Amendment very clearly states any person born in the US (with the exception of children of Ambassadors) is a US citizen. So yes, they do have that right.

I think the government should treat each citizen fairly and without regard to race, gender, sexual preference, religion, or anything else.

I want the Constitution adhered to and all of the extra stuff not enumerated in it to be left to the states or for an amendment to be voted on to change it.

I want us to bring our soldiers home and only put them at risk in declared wars or in equal amounts to other countries when working with our allies.

No it clearly states everyone under the jurisdiction of the United States, which includes everyone in United States territory except ambassadors.

If the children of illegal immigrants are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States then they cannot be charged with any crime.

 

What about when Asians or other ethnicities have done the same ?

One of the main reasons why nations have immigration laws is to protect the ethnic makeup of the nation.
