Honest question about recent events

Hi all,

Over the past couple of days, we have been very quick to label all right wingers as National Socialists and blamed all of them for the deaths in Charlottesville.

Now we have ISIS terror attack in Barcelona, yet we don't blame Islam for the attack. Even though the attack was motivated by Islamic culture and doctrine, similar to that of National Socialists (ISIS singles out Jews as well).

So my question is why do we blame all of one group in one situation, and not in another situation?

NOTE: I think both are as bad as each other, just trying to understand the difference in reactions.

Yeah, it seems that White Americans are terrorist while Islam does what they do because of they are a prosecuted minority.

The perpetrators in C'Ville were Christian. Are we blaming all Christians for those acts?

As with Islam, Nazism is against Christians and generally want to eradicate Christianity.
