So! it's official, the maniacs in the Democratic party and Nancy Pelosi have been given the boot as far as controlling the House of Representatives, which wasn't a surprise, but it's nice to know their Liberal Mules weren't able to cheat their way to retaining control. It must be an interesting world to have been able to convince yourself that your ideology is so superior that the only way the people would reject it is through fraud.

Republicans picked up a few seats during a midterm (which typically favors older voters and the party out of power), during a recession with massive global inflation.

I suspect that the real business there is how compromised Joe Biden actually is, and investigating how, given the evidence he can continue to be president. The real business is going to be to figure out how to stop the flow of graft from the Biden administration to support the autocrats in the Ukraine. More, the real business is the ensure that the legislature produce bills that make it well defined that president's don't have the unilateral power to spend money.

There are a lot of things this congress can do. Show trials should be a low priority.
