    Here is your problem. In a nutshell, you presume it is all about skin color. Show your proof if you actually have any.

    Actually it is the well known state that in communities blacks live in. And a lot of Browns do the same thing.

    So it is not color, it is the state of how a person lives.

    Like when you walk faster past the bum sleeping and urinating himself, you have no reason to hang around. With no thought or concern for his problems, you rapidly escape the scene.
