How can anyone still claim Trump is making good decisions for the country?

    And the evidence it would have mattered is precisely what? That it took this long to happen says mask wearing didn't much matter one way or the other. Half the people I see don't have them covering their noses others are wearing them as though they were beard cozies. If people aren't going to wear them right and wash and change them daily they aren't going to be terribly effective anyway.

    Good it's about damn time. We've figured out how to treat this bug so as to drop the death toll significantly. So now we're flu 2.0. Let's quit politicizing the damn thin and get on with our lives.

    And THAT is why we need to re-evaluate our relationship with capitalism. It's not about turning to socialism or communism, it's about being realistic with our attitudes about it. To put it another way, does capitalism serve us, or do we serve it?

    Too bad you weren't just appointed to be his overseer and correct his mistakes. All-seeing wisdom and clairvoyance is very hard to find these days- unlike unreasoned hate, which is as common as grass.

    Your relationship with Maoism infected the world, then monopolized the critical drugs and medical equipment you relinquished to China.... just like a good Maoist. Capitalism didn't outsource the US to China, Democrats did. In your Communist world, people with political connections have power and money. In capitalism, people who work hard and smart make themselves and people around them prosperous.

    Do they reward COVID diagnoses? Do they record dying WITH Covid as opposed to dying OF Covid? Even without the bogus statistics, Sh*thole countries in Africa with malaria outbreaks prescribe hydroxychloroquine.

    Unfortunately de-conversion doesn't work like that. The first instinct when something doesn't align with your religion is to deny it or seek an answer from an apologist. People will continue to claim Trump has done an outstanding job because their confirmation bias will not allow them to consider the alternative. It is not dissimilar from the fact that those who are disgusted by Trump will likewise always think poorly of everything he does as their own bias will preclude them from thinking otherwise. I question if there is anything that can realistically break people out of their ideological groupthink.

    Its all about priorities. Opposing globalism (and no, I don't mean globalization) and collectivism are much higher on my priority list than trying to protect everyone from Cvirus. And I suspect I'm not the only one.
