How on Earth did Barack Obama get into Columbia University?

It's time we saw his application, transcripts, and how he paid for Columbia and Harvard.

If the Washington Post and the rest of the National (Democratic Party) Media are going to dig into Mitt Romney all the way back to high school, then these are more than fair questions.

I want to know how this guy got into Columbia and Harvard. I don't know anyone that could blow off school, drink, drug, and party and still get into the Ivy League without connections. How did his family pay for it? Or, how did he pay for it?

Didn't the media go crazy over Obama's past in 2008? If anything, McCain got a pass because nobody really wanted to talk about anything but his military service. I don't think you're capable of looking at these things objectively..

I don't know what world you were in at the 2008 time. The media gave Barack Obama a gigantic pass. How do you become President of the Harvard Law Review without writing a single article. How can you be a Law Professor without writing a single piece which is REQUIRED OF ALL PROFESSORS. Methinks he only qualified as a "Law Instructor" and the media gave him credentials he has no business being referred to.

I want to vet the Candidate for the Presidency of the United States... why are Liberals so against such an action? Why is it alright to go back to Mitt Romney's High School, but not Barack Obama's High School and College?

We have seen Gore transcripts, Kerry's transcripts, Bush's transcripts as well as Rick Perry's transcripts within 48 hours after he announced his candidacy. Dunno. What's remarkable is he graduated and went on to Harvard law. After that he became a Senator and President of the United States. He did that with no rich father or powerful political hook ups. I guess the real question is HB Surfer what are you doing with your life?

 

Then vet the candidates. Demand the same documents and disclosures from both candidates equally.

But you won't.

Because this isn't about 'vetting' the Presidential candidates, it is about your frustration at the lack of dirt on Obama.

And also because if you demanded the same things from both candidates, it would be obvious that neither candidate is interested in giving this information to anyone- but you want it to look like Obama is the one refusing to provide it.
