I live at a US Jobcorps facility, and there's an attractive mid-40's to mid-50's residential advisor who works at it. A residential advisor supervises a dorm. Recently my friend was watching Tv and she joined him. They talked and she told him she was a stripper at a local strip clup called Dimonds, and winked at him. This got my friend very excited. I would go to the strip clup, maybe get a lap dance or watch her, but I'm 19 not 21. Recently I was typing on this very computer today, and she walked in and grabbed my shoulder and squeezed it several times. This got me excited. How do I hit on her or how should go about it. Maybe mention her job, tell her I might stop by?

I think that is the least of your worries. Look- first of all- from your version of what is happening, I suspect you are interpreting everything wrong. You seem fairly young and naive. That you seem to think that her being a stripper is relevant to asking us questions - and asking us for advice just makes me feel that way more. BUT- regardless- in almost any kind of scenario such as you are portraying it would be inappropriate for her to get involved with anyone living in a dormitory under her supervision. So her is my advice- don't ask her out. Not while you are living in a dorm that she is supposed to be supervising. IF after you finish your time in the program, and are no longer living there- then maybe go back- with flowers- and ask her out- be prepared to be rejected.

How would you hit on any other woman? Talk to her, flirt with her, make it clear you're sexually interested in her without say reaching out and grabbing a tit or otherwise sexually assaulting her.
