    Been covered before.

    The majority of the "Military Budget" goes to such things as payroll, maintenance, dependent medical care, housing, and things like that.

    So what do we do, pay our Soldiers $400 a month like China does? Fire most of the 700,000+ civilians? Stop doing things like repairing 50+ year old buildings so our military lives in even worse conditions?

    I got an idea, how about we have the militart charge everybody for some of the things that they use on a daily basis and take for granted?
