Seriously, do you think that this is anything but just another topic to initiate some discussion ?

 

I am Christian Conservative Constitutionalist.. in that order. How's that for intersectionality?

 

List was made by a conservative that's for sure. And there's too many inaccuracies in it for me to honestly take such a "test". For instance on the question of atheism vs Christianity....a "blue" person isn't necessarily an atheist or Christian so that metric could not apply to them. Same goes for the "red" person who may not be an atheist but is also not Christian. They could both be Hindu for example.

Being X religion =/= red or blue, IE, religion does not automatically equal political ideology. It is a personal preference. While you can base your politics on religion, the two can be separated. Many do it all the time.

 

Christianity VS Atheism? This is NOT political and has nothing to do with RED or BLUE. There are plenty of conservative Jews, Atheists and other religions out there.

If an American is in favor of keeping "Big Government" out of the womb and, rather, allowing a woman to control her own, making personal decisions with the help of spiritual and medical advisors, friends and family, as she chooses, rather than allowing authoritarian politicians to dictate, what color is that?

If an American supports equality in marriage law, without regard to race, religion, or gender, as opposed to the State dictating restrictions, what color is that?

Have you ever in your long and distinguished life reprimanded a Democrat for attacking one of us "right wing religious extremists" or "bible thumpers" ? I'm quite sure I know the answer, even if you deny it. "Right wing religious extremist" is just fine for attacking those hated Repugnicans, but let someone mention the "godless Left" and it's whine city over "generalizations."

Ours doesn't. But our currency says "In God we trust." The Supreme Court says a prayer to Nature's God before every session, as does the Congress. Then there's the pledge of allegiance, "One nation, under God, indivisible..." Our government has always supported Nature's God. Books document this fact.

 

What's the difference?

 

This isn't reality. It seems to have been created by someone on the right as it includes conservative propaganda. I don't know why conservatives have always pretend liberals are other than they are? I highly suspect it has more to to with insecurities.

pro choice means a woman has control over what happens to her body

Yes truth is Democrat policies suck and that is why they try to make it about... racism, misogynism, kindness to illegals, forgiveness for gangs, blaming and shaming, yelling and screaming... anything not to focus on the policies

 

If you were a consevative Christian, many of the founding fathers would not necessarily like you. People like Franklin and Jefferson who were deists didn't talk highly of the religious. When in France Jefferson was horrified that his daughters were being taught Christianity in their school.

In fact, some of the tales of witch burnings, were fictions that Franklin put in his magazine to fill space. Later in life he seemed amused by this fact, that so many had just accepted it.

 

Democratic policies rule. That is why blue states tend to outperform red states.
