    What he learnt from Cohn was always go on the attack when accused of something. A lot of sexual harassment lawsuits were dropped when he countersued

    It became known that it just was not worth it so he got away with a LOT

    Not a rumour about the casino licence in Sydney either - he was knocked back due to “mafia connections” and that was mostly his association with Roy Cohn

    Seeing as how the decision to intervene in Iraq was made by Bush II in 2001 and the decision to intervene in Syria was made by Obama, I don't think you can hold him responsible for those decisions.
