How to steal an election

Canada closed its border to most Americans months ago. They have their own problems, but they sure as heck don't need loonies from this country running around spreading COVID-19.

I'm hanging out in British Columbia instead of Oregon. (Born and raised in USA, naturalized in Canada). BC has 5.1m people and 275 COVID-19 deaths. Scaled up to our size, that would be about 18,000 deaths.

 

Do you know WHY those ballots weren't counted all along and couldn't even be sorted by district, at the post office, until election day?

Because Trump asked the republican legislatures of those states to make their laws that way. So they did.

In the states where counting of mail in ballots began early, like Florida and Ohio, the mail in numbers were reported first. Biden had the early lead. We knew that lead would go away when the same day votes got tallied.


So, you have nobody to blame but republicans that the counting was a hot mess in those states. Democrats had nothing to do with it.

McCain saved Republicans from themselves when he did his "thumbs down" on Trump's healthcare plan that had less than 20% support.

 

There is plenty of evidence that six feet indoors is not enough when people are in contact for more than 15 minutes.

 

You don't seem to prepared to accept that the American people rejected Trump but were okay with other Republicans.

 

Biden won, so why wouldn't I move on?

Election rigging--and that includes Republican voter suppression efforts--is never justified. Trump lost fair and square.

If it turns out to be true, and if Democrats are devastated as a result, they will only have themselves to blame. If it turns out to be unsubstantiated or untrue, I have already made peace with a Biden presidency. And while I would love to see Trump win. I do not relish seeing the joy of victory or the enlivenment of hope stripped from half of our fellow Americans. But our election process must remain credible. And if there is substantial evidence of fraud, it should be investigated regardless the outcome.

Free and fair elections matter. We have sacrificed hundreds of thousands of lives to secure the right to elect our politicians.

Allowing DP party bosses to rig their own internal elections and nomination process to select their candidates.
These crooked pols should not be allowed to rig a national election and select a President.

I expect the SCOTUS to order new elections in several states or nullify all of the ballots that can no longer be verified through a recount.

republicans in PA passed a bill to count mail in ballots as they came in but not to publish results until the polls closed. The democrat governor refused to sign it because he wanted early Biden votes put out before election day in order to suppress Trump voters.
