    I think she supports individual rights. I think she supports the constitution. I don't think she supports Scalia's interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. Nor do I. Does that mean we're gun banners? Hell no. Does that mean we're anti-constitutionalists? Hell no.

    If she is not Anti gun, and a gun banner,
    is she Pro gun then ?

    SCalia's opinion was that the second amendment guarantees an individual right and the government cannot ban people from owning handguns, what part of that do you disagree with?

    The 2nd amendment is about militias, not individuals.

    "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State......."

    so you think the purpose of a right contained in the bill of rights is to permit governments to arm their own operatives

    see that is why your arguments are pathetic, you adopt a faux version the second amendment that not even the dissent in Heller was willing to adopt. why would the founders give the government any power in the bill of rights

    vegas has frantically obsessed about the problem of unknowing private sellers selling weapons to felons. so he wants to force every gun owner to register their guns and get permission before selling a gun to a person so felons cannot get guns. Per capita blacks have more felons than whites so its obvious vegas is irrationally fearful of blacks getting guns

    So if you are correct, and the Second Amendment only applies to the Militia, then what ?
    The average person has no protection as far as owning firearms.

    What is next ?

    Gun bans for the average non Police Officer ?
