“Back in 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released the results of an internet survey that found that 4% of adult respondents said they drank or gargled diluted bleach solutions, soapy water and other disinfectants in an effort to protect themselves from the coronavirus. Extrapolated to the U.S. population, that would mean that more than 10 million adult Americans engaged in such activities.”

It doesn't matter if he's a celebrity by choice, a politician, or just some cracked out junkie banging prostitutes. The media is allowed to report on topics of their choosing and use images under fair use doctrine. First Amendment. That's the actual truth about the media and not some extremist spin. Opposing the media's ability to report on news is a threat to our democracy.

I heard that Newsmax pulled the documentary for fear of a lawsuit, but I haven’t verified this.

Those who are a member of The Adolph Von SchitzInPantz's fan club, one much be able to emulate the victim snowflakery of the Von SchitzInPantz's club of fealty to the ex-POTUS toddler.

Interesting! Chris Ruddy ain't messing around with defamation lawsuits. They apologized to Dominion and ran the retraction as well.

George Zimmerman is a private citizen, yet when NBC edited his 911 call to make him sound like a racist a judge slapped down his defamation lawsuit.

You think so, I'd say that Fox News owes Hunter an apology and retraction pretty quick or they are going to have to pony up the big bucks, some might be yours no? Viewer and etc :). As for Ole' Joey, he's busy governing.

Fox's intention is to do harm. That's why they're being sued again.

It's slander. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, and after losing a lawsuit for equally trashing Dominion's reputation and public standing, I'm pretty sure Fox knows that. Which begs the question: what were they thinking? Are they so desperate to throw shade that they can't be bothered to consider the consequences? How stupid.

Did congress request that the DOJ go after Hunter for defying a subpoena?

That's just partisan bias. The media has the right to publish stories that negatively impact subjects of their reporting. That's why we have the First Amendment. It protects the press from retribution for publishing stories. Embrace our democracy. It's a good thing. Trying to tear it down by gutting the freedom of the press is ridiculous.

It was a blatant attempt to provide the public with misinformation, at the expense of a private citizen's reputation. Not that Hunter has a great reputation, but even the infamous should have legal recourse against outright slander.

As for the nudity etc., that most certainly qualifies as "revenge porn" since the intention was ridicule and disgrace.

    See above.

Slander is illegal, as Fox knows full well, having been successfully sued before. It was not "free speech" in the Dominion case, and it isn't in this case, either.

The law did that, not a "friendly judge". *rolling eyes*
