On Friday first son, Hunter Biden was deposed under oath in his Arkansas child support case. The deposition took place as part of Hunter’s attempt to reduce his monthly child support payments.

Hunter arrived at the deposition in a five-car motorcade accompanied by members of the Secret Service.

Roberts’ attorneys intended to question him about his earnings from foreign business deals. One of the key points of contention in the case has been Hunter’s refusal to provide proof of his finances.

Roberts’ legal team, accusing Hunter of living a lavish lifestyle, has requested the court to hold him in contempt for allegedly withholding this information.

In an earlier 12-page discovery brief, Roberts’ lawyer, Clinton Lancaster, accuses Hunter Biden of failing to comply with court-imposed deadlines and not providing financial disclosure information. And requests the judge hold him in contempt and jail him until he complies.

Under Child Support Laws, it is not the grandparent's legal obligation to provide financial support to the grandchild when you have the parent of that child fully capable of doing so.

Bear in mind, she is already getting $20k a month while living in Arkansas. Most people in Arkansas make $20k a year there. However, this whole case revolves around Hunter trying to lower the court-approved child support payments. She does not agree, hence why we are having a trial.

 

Child support is a civil matter, not a criminal one. This is really much ado about nothing and this sort of thing happens frequently in every state.

That argument should work well. Is that how Hunter should see it? The court will look at how well his other children with his last name are cared for and rightfully determine this daughter of his deserves the same. He can start by giving his daughter the family name.

 

Not sure a kid living in Arkansas would want the Biden name. Why would he want to subject the child to bullying?
