    It is deeply disturbing to come to grips with the fact that someone so obviously corrupt and incompetent, something we knew even before 3 years of continuous examples, could have been elected in the first place.

    What makes it worse is the knowledge most Trumpette's are sticking with him even after the mountain of evidence he is unfit to be prez and should be removed from office.

    I agree that Trump is unfit to be prez, and I even left the Republican party when Trump won the nomination, so disgusted was I with the whole thing. But the fact that he infuriates the left and still manages to win tickles me to no end. So bring on four more years.

    Die hard Trump supporters are another thing that makes me sad. It's troubling that there are people that would condone violations like this from the President.
    But it does make me happy that the system will forever put the impeached asterisk next to Trump's name.

    I kid you not, this IS his entire opening statement in not so many words.

    PS and it took Radcliffe 2 minutes to completely destroy Taylor and wipe the floor with him... I wonder why Schitt would not release the transcript of the testimony?

    I was actually worried that we might lose the rule of law. So, even though I know that, all in all, this is a dark page in our history, the fact is that rule of law can now be restored. Rather than happy, what I am is relieved.

    I really think that as public pressure mounts many republicans will reevaluate their loyalty to trump — not for duty to the country but to their seat.

    I think trump’s ego is too large to resign so we might see the first removed president in history.

    I agree though — sad for America.

    I did. Did you? Here is the summary of his 16 pages:

    -He is a career bureaucrat
    -whining during the first 5 pages that Trump does things his own way
    -did not read the transcript
    -has absolutely no first hand knowledge of QTP or any other improprieties
    -but he spoke to someone who heard rumors from someone else who claimed to have read the transcript

    Prove me wrong.

    The aspect of being deplorable..........the racism, the intolerance, the homophobia, the xenophobia..........I don't think it relates to their denial of Don's guilt. That comes from a refusal to accept responsibility for being conned.
