A pure, prototypical psychopath would score 40.

The only ones of these Trump's behavior doesn't show is juvenile delinquency and breaking parole. Note that all his pals are criminals; thus, there is no reason to think he isn't either. You don't spend your whole life hanging out with crooks unless you are one too. For example, why doesn't he show his tax returns?
