The history of Russia and Germany are the best examples on how ideology (that was and is used by politics) led to the Sovjet Union and the Third Reich. Ideology is masterminded by a group of people, so they conspire together and hatch an ideology, a path, a plan that politics is pushing forward, done step by step, gradually until absolute power is reached (taking the people's power/votes and cause compartmentalization, a two (or more at first) party system, and let one party 'collapse' and create one powerful party, via two economic/emotional periods, depression (or long recession/crisis) and euforism) Ideology is the conspiracy that leads to dictatorship/empire. Conspiracies are always invisble, the outcome is visible, or becomes visible near reaching absolute power (when it's to late to do something politically)
