Yeah I know. The key phrase being "later stages of pregnancy". I don't know why you put fetus in quotes. An unborn baby is, by definition, not a baby. It is called a fetus.
It depends by whose definition. A foetus is the stage of development after the embryo. It does not necessarily have to do with birth, as possums and certain other marsupials give birth to their fetuses, which develop alongside their mother after being prematurely born. A fetus can be a baby, and the term "baby in the womb" was formerly commonly used.
i would still support abortion a fetus is alive and human but its not a person yet i dont see the problem with killing something with less of a sense of self then things i eat
And those terminations of pregnancy were for..............? Oh! That is right! NON-viability of the the foetus!!
When you say support I assume you mean, believe is should be legal. Yes I would still support its legalisation. Especially for cases of ectopic pregnancy fetal abnormality incompatible with life, rape etc etc etc. I am not really sure what contraception has to do with this.
