Hong Kong is like one of China's capitalist free trade zones. It is overcrowded because so many people want to live there. If those in Hong Kong do not like it, they can move somewhere else in China. I know how terrible living in an overcrowded region can be, I have sympathy for these people. But you cannot give everyone who wants it free housing in an area that is so overcrowded.
