You do not have a clue what you're talking about. An American president has influence over the U.S. economy no doubt. But he doesn't have controlling or dominating influence over it. If that was true we would end up with a boom every election year.

"Tell me then , The president can write anything in a presidential executive order. the only alternative is for congress to write a law over riding his executive order that he then Veto's , over riding a veto is close to impossible , it needs 2/3 majority in both houses and it has been tried 2600 times and there has only been 100 over rides and of those almost all were simply presidential protest against the bill and they expected the over ride. It's only happened a few time really. The only other way is the court and that has always been easy because the only way the court can decide against it is if it is unconstitutional , they can't do anything just because. These executive orders are always within the boundaries of the constitution. They never over ride Vetoes. Now tell me again about me no knowing what I'm talking about, Your a hoot."

Executive orders are very rarely used to orchestrate wholesale remakes of national policy. Much less economic policy.

 

All the charts in the world mean nothing if they are supporting a flawed premise. Which is what you are doing.

If you were being honest your charts would be cross referenced with which party had a controlling majority in each house of Congress.
