Canada is a capitalist nation. All of the social democrat nations are capitalist. America is a capitalist nation. You have social democrat programs like the VA, medicare and medicaid and SNAP, the only difference is that you don't have as strong a social safety net as the social democrat capitalist nations do.

But remain blissful. I realize how helpful it is with uncomfortable facts.

 

So you have socialized medical, welfare and safety nets and that puts you in league with the U.S. All that commonwealth and yet the U.S. makes up almost 80% of your exports, you might want to rethink things
