This is one hundred percent true! I think he makes them feel guilty because a man can stay in politics and be principled, so they have no excuse for their anti-American, anti-individualist, anti-human compromises. If more people in government did as he did this country would be thriving financially, politically, and spiritually.
Ron Paul. The good candidates stayed out of this election. I guess every time a president runs for reelection from now on he'll be facing the B-team, people too old to wait four years or too pathetic to beat a-list opponents. Look at the dregs the Democrats had to choose from in 2004, the Republicans in 1996 and the Democrats of 1992.
Paul was unpopular among the republicans because he did not live up to their rhetoric. He is a classic republican libertarian. He publically denounced the idea that Obama was either a muslim or a socialist. He wants to end the war on terror and ban all wars of choice. He wants to legalize all drugs. He wants to bar the government from dictating whether consenting adults are allowed to marry each other.
