You just need to think logically - they test everyone who shows up at a hospital for Covid, regardless of the reason why they came. CDC admitted that their counts include all patients, not just those who were in a hospital because of Covid.

Nope, factoring in underreported cases. Because not everyone gets tested.

Which factoring in false negatives and false positives should more or less even out. It shouldn’t be this high if it was just about underreported cases. Not everyone who dies shows up at a hospital. Or has an autopsy report. Maybe there family lies when asked if the person who died had a cough and fever. That’s what’s happening. Family doesn’t want to admit to having someone die from COVID. So they don’t tell.

No, false negatives and positives would not even out, where did that even come from?
And for family not admitting Covid - are you crazy? You think there are that many families out there who will watch their loved one slowly suffocate without seeking medical help? I wouldn’t do that even to my mother in law! Besides, you show up to a hospital with symptoms of pneumonia and guess what they will do first? They’ll test you for Covid!

I think you got your math wrong. If you are talking about people with asymptomatic Covid, then their inclusion into current statistics will dilute the hospitalization and mortality rate!

Approximately 50,000 more deaths than average in the US lacked an explanation as to why the person died. In other words, more people died due to unexplained causes in the US. Why do you think that was?

Probably because some local retarded politicians ordered hospitals to postpone “elective surgeries”, and Covid induced mass hysteria kept people from seeking help for their chronic conditions?

That explains the deaths. But not the lack of reporting.

    What’s there to report?
Older people with untreated chronic conditions died a few years sooner than they would. If you are over 70, you are probably sitting on a whole list of conditions that, if left untreated, will kill you. They probably don’t even conduct that many autopsies on older people these days.
Oh, forgot to mention - 75% of those who died of Covid were over 65. ;)

Because it’s 50,000 more than average. So if all else is equal, then the underreported deaths should be about the same. Considering the number of people who die in the US. But it’s more. So what’s going on? Probably underreporting COVID deaths. No malicious intent. Just simple underreporting.

'..f*ck em, they're old, or they're overweight, or have diabetes, or hypertension. or can't press their weight

I pine for the Spanish Flu, which seemed to choose the young and robustly healthy. Maybe why the 1920s seemed to have a good time, with far fewer judgmental *******s ******** on all the rest of us.

Does it actually give you any confidence in the product that they had to actually change the definition of vaccine? I used to mean it was useful to prevent catching whatever it was not so much anymore.

Lose some weight. Get off your behind. That will benefit you a lot more than demanding your government to alter everyone’s life over your own irresponsible treatment of your own health!

    Covid is not Spanish flu.

If I remember correctly everything that I've read indicates that they're vastly over reporting.

Where have you read anything about under reporting?

Says more about the quality of reading you prefer than anything else. The answer is past research on pandemics and modern scientists. Basically people are way too busy to look into pandemic deaths, so they go underreported. Which means more people died than officially reported. That kind of stuff.

You'll likely have mild symptoms if you aren't vaccinated
That's presumptuous. I had the Delta variant and I just got over the omicron. I wasn't vaccinated both times my symptoms didn't require hospitalization. 90%+ people who had it without a vaccine don't require hospitalization.

I could assume that it was because I got sick on the full moon and that's why my symptoms didn't require hospitalization and it would have exactly as much credibility as the claim that the vaccine did anything to reduce symptoms.

Vaccine isn't a term for symptom reducer that's actually called a therapeutic. Vaccines immunize.

They actually had to change the definition of the word vaccine.

If anyone picks up a dictionary that was printed with oh before the last two years, a vaccine will tell you that it prevents the condition, prevents you from catching it.

Not so anymore. So in our brave New world, when your BS does not mesh up with reality there are two things you can do it seems .....

The obvious thing would be to correct your point of view so that you are actually in line with reality... But these people simply chose to change the definition of a word and voila you've made a whole new reality to fit your BS!

You did not answer anything, just made an unsubstantiated claim.

Can you give even one example of officials saying that covid deaths have been under reported?

Just on the nursing home issue alone there are multiple threads here about how they attempted to under count nursing home deaths to cover up their disastereous decision to place covid positive patients in the nursing homes.
