Id say though that our collective morality is generally better though. Maybe not in every single case, but in many ways: womens rights, rights of minorities, respect for the individual, etc the west and the people in it are far superior to Islam.

I think both models fail when it comes to thw highest moral goal: having a happy population. The west does marginally better than Islam in that department

I maybe made a mistake, english isn't my native language.

For me, the "aim" of life is just to try to survive, to still exist. The highest deed human life could commit would be enable life to go beyond earth. Life is a desesperate thing in the end, that universe can only go colder, our death even as a species can't be avoided. I think it's the beautifullness of life, that desesperate fight just to exist a few more seconds or millenium, fight which is already lost.
It's maybe very personnal values, but I consider civilizations on their ability to survive and produce great, beautifull things and western civilization give me the feeling to failing on one of those fundamental aspect.

 

Well, they could stay home and raise them while their husband is off making money to support them. Oops, sorry, didn't really mean that. It was just a whim.

Okay, okay, we could pay more taxes so they can send their children to places that can raise them, so they don't have to. Oops, that's like that television show and novel.

No infrastructure. Maybe that's why Palestinians want Israel so badly? Plenty of great infrastructure they could use.

It's no problem for those countries, since their goal has always been to conquer the world for Islam and convert or enslave and kill infidels.

They may want them to migrate, but they're increasingly less welcome. The door is slamming shut.

 

They are going to have to stop them... because there are tens of millions of Africans watching what is happening and they ALL want to migrate to Europe. The EU have a responsibility towards their own citizens

Given the war in Syria is mostly over - who are these 40,000 migrants and why are they not going back to Syria to help rebuild the country ?

Do these people (or at least some or many of them) not want to go back to Syria because they were supporters of the Islamist Jihadist rebel Opposition and/or actual fighters ? Where did all these Jihadists disappear to ?

In many cases the Syrian Army - allowed the Jihadists to leave the city they were taking. This prevented a whole lot of civilian death but, where did they go ? Surely some of these are fleeing the country as refugees.

 

What is there to worry about ?

 

40,000 refugees into a population of 508 million is slightly less than **** all. EU can easily handle settlement.
